Cosmic Summit is an annual event in its third year that brings together scientists, podcasters and independent researches on various topics including history and technology, with an underlying theme that current mainstream narratives are missing a vital component of our own human history. It is an open minded and curious event attended by hundreds of people from around the world.

Classroom Day is an optional day of learning, split into a morning session, afternoon session and an evening event. You will be able to choose one classroom to attend from each session you choose to add on to your ticket.
Expect organized social events on Friday 20th June, followed by presentations from 9am to 7pm on the Saturday & Sunday. You will have the opportunity to choose which speaker’s presentation to attend, as well as experiences and activities outside of these presentations. There will be scheduled intervals and breaks for lunch and dinner. In the evenings there will be organized social events, as well as the opportunity to grab a drink with speakers and other attendees at the bar.

All Cosmic Passes with the exception of the Clovis Pass will have food & drink included on the Saturday & Sunday. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as teas, coffees and bottled water. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be available. Unfortunately specific dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.
Yes. When you book your Cosmic Pass, you’ll be sent a special reservations link with our exclusive hotel discount. There are limited rooms available, so please make any arrangements as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Yes. There’ll be dedicated time at the end of each presentation for a live Q&A, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions of speakers at other dedicated social events as well as during intervals.
Yes. With the exception of the non-refundable Clovis Pass, you may request a refund on your chosen Cosmic Pass at any time up until the 6th May 2025. A small cancellation fee will apply.
Yes, you may upgrade your pass at any point, subject to availability.
Meteorstreams are a series of 4 exclusive livestreams brought to you by Cosmic Summit. They will be livestreamed on our dedicated Livestream Platform and each presentation will be available as on-demand video.
